Blue Vinny Sourdough Bread
We mix Blue Vinny cheese (from Dorset) directly into our dough to create a rich and tasty bread. Just before baking we stud the top of the loaf with yet more cheese and let it bubble up! If you like blue cheese you will love this bread.

Country White
Made with a Swiss style whole wheat flour which has the addition of extra bran and pollards. This bread is made with a sourdough or ‘mother’ and uses no commercial yeast. It is allowed to gently prove in cane baskets and has a subtle sour flavour and moist crumb. |

Mill Loaf
A delicious bread made with white, whole wheat, and rye flours. Naturally fermented. |

Multiseed & Cereals Sourdough
Based on the Country White but packed with malted wheat flakes, barley flakes, sunflower seeds, millet and oats. One of our favourites. |

Olive & Pumpkin Seed Bread
Whole green and kalamata olives stud this rich dough. A few pumpkin seeds create a bit of crunch to contrast with the olives’ soft oiliness - perect dinner party bread. |

Tear'n'Share Bread
A popular dinner party bread that also makes a fantastic gift. This round loaf is made up of eight individual rolls, two each of: Olive and Pumpkin Seed, Sunflower & Wheat, Sun-Dried Tomato Bread and Sunflower Seed Bread.
