Winterborne Overnight White
This popular bread contains only a fraction of the yeast of our traditional white bread but it is allowed to rise overnight. This slow and gentle proving process creates a very crusty crown and pleasantly chewy crumb.

Stoneground Spelt
Made with 100% Stoneground Spelt Flour. Spelt has a naturally sweet and nutty flavour and is a popular and healthy alternative to wheat flour. Spelt is a low allergy grain and can make a good replacement for customers who want to avoid wheat.
